Use steps:
| Surface preparation: On all surfaces, it must be clean and free of any dust, contamination and grease, and make sure that it is dry before painting. |
| Method of consumption: Mix the product to the appropriate amount of water gradually and apply on the surface. The amount of water-paint mixing depends on the ambient temperature, the surface and also the means of painting, but in normal painting, the amount of water mixed in color, by weight, with a roller is 25-25%, and with a brush is 40-35 %. It is recommended to use brushes or rollers in addition to spray for paintings, edges, distant points and weld.
Painting is recommended at an ambient temperature of more than 10 ° C, a surface temperature of more than 3 ° C above the dew point and a moisture of less than 80%. |
| Washing the tools: After the work has finished, wash the hands, stapler or soaked material on the ground with warm water and soap. To prevent rust, rinse tools and equipment with a White Spray solvent and dry immediately. |
| Safety tips and storage conditions: Store the contents of the container in a dry, cool and far from direct sunlight and with adequate ventilation. Prevent paint to freeze. After use, close the lid of the container. The best time to use in proper storage conditions up to 30 months after the production date. If in contact with the eyes (after washing with high amounts of water) or if swallowed, go to medical centers. |
The Jahan primer can be executed by brush, rollers and pistol.
To apply the Jahan primer, add about 25% to 30% water.
To fully cover the surface, you can apply primer in two steps.
The surface should be free from any dust-grease and completely dry.
The lamellar surface should be restored using a putty and then apply primer.
The Jahan primer is finished 2 hours after dry spraying and the final endurance is achieved after 24 hours.
